We wanted to create a content strategy that stayed true to CreativeLive’s DNA and was distinct from any other enterprise facing online education platforms.

I developed the work/life infinity loop to reimagine  “work life balance” and honor the modern employee who wants to work for organizations that provide personal and professional development.

We created courses that were infused with emotional intelligence and tactile approaches to develop people into more creative, communicative, and resilient humans — at work and life.

 

EXECUTION

  • Crafted channel mission with biz dev and executive team.

  • Developed a 12 month strategic content plan.

  • Identified, recruited and signed instructors who filmed over 60 new classes in 12 months.

  • Built partnerships with Digital Marketer, Speechless and Emily Post Institute.

  • Collaborated with instructors to identify target audiences and develop content outlines.

  • Worked with content producers to clarify and develop class content.

  • Partnered with marketing and product to build launch plans for the channel and individual courses.

  • Partnered with enterprise sales team to quickly react to market trends and individual client opportunities.
